Explore four distinct series encompassing 33 specifications, with filtration areas ranging from 93m² to 4361m² and processing air volumes from 6900m³/h to 314,000m³/h. These dust collectors are indispensable across a variety of industries, including building materials, cement, metallurgy, machinery, chemicals, and refractories. Particularly advantageous for cement plant operations such as crushing, drying, coal grinding, powder selection, packaging, top storage, and clinker cooling, it also adeptly manages coal dust collection with requisite fire and explosion protection modifications. Adaptable for high-concentration dust applications, like coal mill systems with high dust concentrations of 1000g/m³ or more, and suitable for cold northern climates when equipped with thermal insulation.
Structural Features:
The air box pulse dust collector is ingeniously categorized by bag capacity into 32, 64, 96, and 128 bags per room, with 33 unique configurations. Its intricate design is illustrated in the accompanying selection diagram, comprising essential components such as:
(1) Housing Part: This section includes the clean room (or gas purification box), filter room, chamber partitions, access door, and shell structure. The clean room is equipped with a poppet valve and flower plate, featuring a short pipe for blowing, while the filter room houses the filter and its skeleton.
(2) Ash Hopper and Ash Discharge Mechanism: Depending on the series and dust concentration, ash hoppers are outfitted with screw conveyors, air conveying chutes, and rigid impeller unloaders (ash unloading valves) for efficient ash management.
(3) Air Box Body: Featuring inlet and outlet air ducts and a middle partition, configurations include single-row structures on one side and double-row structures centrally located. Smaller 32 series configurations omit the box, directly connecting air pipes to ash hoppers and clean rooms.
(4) Pulse Cleaning Device: Includes essential components such as the pulse valve, air bag, poppet valve, and solenoid valve for optimal performance.
(5) Compressed Air Line: Features a decompression device, oil-water separator, oil mister, and more for seamless operation.
(6) Pillars and Vertical Cage Ladders: Includes robust railings for safety and support.
