Explore the unmatched versatility of our PPC Air Bag Pulse Bag Dust Collector, available in four robust series with an impressive 33 distinct specifications. Boasting a filtration area that ranges from a practical 93m² to a formidable 4361m², and a processing air volume range extending from 69003/h up to an impressive 314000m³/h, this powerful system is an ideal match for industries such as building materials, cement, metallurgy, machinery, chemicals, and refractories. Specifically designed for cement plants, it streamlines dust collection in various operations including crushing, drying, coal grinding, powder selection, packaging, top storage, and clinker cooling. Additionally, it adapts seamlessly for coal dust collection with requisite fire and explosion safety measures. Even under intense dust concentrations, like those in coal mill systems with an O-Sepa classifier, the PPC Dust Collector excels, managing dust concentrations reaching up to an astounding 1000g/m³ or more. Built for endurance, it remains robust even in cold regions when equipped with thermal insulation.
Structural Features:
Our innovative air box pulse dust collector is expertly segmented into configurations of 32, 64, 96, and 128 bags per room, catering to a wide array of needs with precision. Encompassing 33 distinctive designs, each series offers customization based on the room count, as clearly depicted in our detailed selection diagram. This well-crafted structure features the following meticulously engineered components:
(1) Housing Part: This includes the clean room (or gas purification box), filter room, chamber partitions, access doors, and the shell structure. Equipped with a poppet valve and flower plate, the clean room ensures effective cleaning. The filter room houses the filter and its supporting framework.
(2) Ash Hopper and Ash Discharge Mechanism: Designed for flexibility, our system features ash hoppers complemented by screw conveyors, air conveying chutes, and robust impeller unloaders (ash unloading valves), tailored to various series and dust concentration levels.
(3) In and Out of the Air Box Body: Strategically designed, the inlet and outlet air ducts are either single-row aligned on one side or double-row centered within the housing. The 32 series, compactly designed, connects air inlet and outlet pipes directly to the ash hopper and clean room.
(4) Pulse Cleaning Device: Comprising high-performance pulse valves, air bags, poppet valves, and solenoid valves, this system ensures efficient and effective cleaning cycles.
(5) Compressed Air Line and Decompression Device: Complete with an oil-water separator, oil mister, and additional components, this system guarantees smooth, uninterrupted operation.
(6) Pillars, Vertical Cage Ladders, and Railings: Built for durability and safety, these components provide robust support and easy access throughout the entire system.
