Explore the extensive versatility of our PPC Air Bag Pulse Bag Dust Collector, which comes in four robust series offering 33 distinct specifications. With a filtration area stretching from 93m² to an astonishing 4361m² and capable of processing air volumes ranging from 69003/h to an impressive 314000m³/h, this powerhouse is perfectly tailored for industries such as building materials, cement, metallurgy, machinery, chemicals, and refractories. Especially crafted for cement plants, it elevates dust collection efficiency for processes like crushing, drying, coal grinding, powder selection, packaging, top storage, and clinker cooling. Additionally, it adapts effortlessly for coal dust collection when equipped with essential fire and explosion protection measures. Even in extremely high dust concentration environments like coal mill systems with an O-Sepa classifier, the PPC Dust Collector excels, handling dust concentrations as high as 1000g/m³ or more with ease. Built for endurance, it can brave cold climates when fitted with thermal insulation.
Structural Features:
Our innovative air box pulse dust collector is thoughtfully segmented into configurations of 32, 64, 96, and 128 bags per room, ensuring it meets a wide range of needs. With 33 distinctive designs available, each series can be specifically tailored based on the room count, as illustrated in our comprehensive selection diagram. The entire structure is composed of the following meticulously designed components:
(1) Housing part: Encompassing the clean room (or gas purification box), filter room, chamber partitions, access doors, and shell structure. The clean room is equipped with a poppet valve and flower plate for effective cleaning. The filter room includes a filter and its supporting skeleton.
(2) Ash hopper and ash discharge mechanism: Designed for flexibility, our system incorporates ash hoppers with screw conveyors, air conveying chutes, and rigid impeller unloaders (ash unloading valves) tailored to different series and dust concentrations.
(3) In and out of the air box body: Strategically placed, the inlet and outlet air ducts are either aligned single-row on one side or double-row in the housing's center. In the compact design of the 32 series, the air inlet and outlet pipes connect directly to the ash hopper and clean room.
(4) Pulse cleaning device: Comprising high-performance pulse valves, air bags, poppet valves, and solenoid valves, this device ensures efficient and thorough cleaning cycles.
(5) Compressed air line and decompression device: Equipped with an oil-water separator, oil mister, and more, this system ensures smooth and uninterrupted operation.
(6) Pillars and vertical cage ladders and railings: Built for safety and durability, these components provide robust support and access throughout the entire system.
