With a vast filtration area ranging from 93m² to a spectacular 4361m² and an air processing range of 6900m³/h to 314000m³/h, this dynamic powerhouse is meticulously crafted for industries spanning building materials, cement, metallurgy, machinery, chemicals, and refractories. Particularly fine-tuned for cement plants, it perfects dust collection across processes like crushing, drying, coal grinding, powder selection, packaging, top storage, and clinker cooling. Its versatility extends to coal dust collection, featuring essential fire and explosion protection measures. Even under extreme dust concentrations, akin to those in coal mill systems using an O-Sepa classifier, the PPC Dust Collector excels, handling dust concentrations reaching up to 1000g/m³ or more. Built for resilience, it withstands cold climates when equipped with thermal insulation, showcasing unmatched durability.
Structural Features:
Our air box pulse dust collector is ingeniously designed into configurations of 32, 64, 96, and 128 bags per room, addressing a spectrum of requirements. Boasting 33 exclusive designs, each series is customizable by room count, as detailed in our comprehensive selection diagram. The entire construct comprises the following masterfully crafted components:
(1) Housing part: This integral part includes the clean room (or gas purification box), filter room, chamber partitions, access doors, and shell structure. The clean room is outfitted with a poppet valve and flower plate to facilitate efficient cleaning. The filter room houses a filter and its supporting skeleton, ensuring optimum functionality.
(2) Ash hopper and ash discharge mechanism: Tailored for versatility, our system features ash hoppers paired with screw conveyors, air conveying chutes, and rigid impeller unloaders (ash unloading valves) adapted to various series and dust concentrations.
(3) In and out of the air box body: Strategically configured, the inlet and outlet air ducts are arranged in either a single-row alignment on one side or a double-row in the housing's center. The compact 32 series directly connects the air inlet and outlet pipes to the ash hopper and clean room, optimizing space and efficiency.
(4) Pulse cleaning device: This sophisticated system includes high-performance pulse valves, air bags, poppet valves, and solenoid valves, ensuring effective and efficient cleaning cycles for superior performance.
(5) Compressed air line and decompression device: Equipped with an oil-water separator, oil mister, and more, this system guarantees seamless, uninterrupted operation, maintaining peak performance.
(6) Pillars and vertical cage ladders and railings: Engineered for safety and endurance, these components provide sturdy support and reliable access throughout the system, ensuring operational security.
