In typical scenarios, the centrifugal force acting on particles within this device ranges from 5 to an astonishing 2500 times that of gravity, delivering a performance far superior to a standard gravity settling chamber. This principle has led to the development of a cyclone dust removal device with dust removal efficiency exceeding 90%. Among mechanical dust collectors, the cyclone dust collector is unrivaled in efficiency. It excels at removing non-viscous and non-fibrous dust, targeting particles greater than 5μm. Additionally, the parallel multi-tube cyclone dust collector achieves an impressive 80 to 85% efficiency for particles as small as 3μm. By selecting high-temperature, abrasion, and corrosion-resistant materials such as special metals or ceramics, these collectors can operate under extreme conditions—up to 1000ºC and 500×105Pa. From both technical and economic perspectives, the cyclone dust collector typically has a pressure loss control range of 500 to 2000Pa, categorizing it as a medium-efficiency dust collector. It is widely utilized for purifying high-temperature flue gases and is ideal for boiler flue gas dust removal, multi-stage dust removal, and pre-dust removal processes. However, it does have one limitation: its efficiency in removing fine dust particles (< 5μm) is relatively low.

Preparation
1. Ensure that all connection parts are securely fastened, guaranteeing seamless integration and performance.
2. Carefully inspect the interfaces between the dust collector and flue, dust collector and ash hopper, ash hopper and ash discharging device, as well as the ash conveying device. Make certain there is no ash leakage or gas escaping.
3. Safely close the baffle valve, initiate the fan, and proceed with operations only after verifying all systems are functioning without anomalies.

Technical requirements
1. Keep a vigilant eye on the wear-prone parts, such as the inner wall of the outer cylinder, ensuring their longevity and efficiency.
2. When there are fluctuations in the temperature of the dusty gas or a decrease in humidity, be attentive to potential adhesion, blockage, and corrosion of dust, which could impede performance.
3. Monitor changes in pressure difference and the condition of exhaust smoke closely. As wear and corrosion can perforate the dust collector, leading to increased dust emissions, deteriorated smoke quality, and altered pressure differences, vigilance is crucial.
4. Ensure airtightness across all sections of the cyclone dust collector. Regularly check for changes in cyclone gas flow and dust collection concentration to maintain optimal performance.
