Its uncomplicated structure ensures straightforward manufacturing, effortless installation, and low-maintenance management. With minimal equipment investment and operating expenses, this device excels in separating solid and liquid particles from the air stream or segregating solids from liquids. Operating under standard conditions, the centrifugal force on particles ranges from 5 to 2500 times that of gravity, surpassing the efficiency of traditional gravity settling chambers. This principle has allowed the development of a cyclone dust removal device boasting more than 90% dust removal efficiency. Among mechanical dust collectors, it shines as the most efficient, adept at removing non-viscous and non-fibrous dust, especially for particles larger than 5μm. Furthermore, the parallel multi-tube cyclone dust collector achieves an impressive 80-85% efficiency for particles as small as 3μm. With options for high-temperature, abrasion, and corrosion-resistant special metal or ceramic materials, the device can operate at temperatures up to 1000ºC and pressures up to 500×105Pa. Economically and technically, its pressure loss is typically controlled between 500 and 2000Pa, categorizing it as a medium efficiency dust collector. It is particularly effective for purifying high-temperature flue gas, making it a versatile choice for boiler flue gas dust removal, multi-stage dust removal, and pre-dust removal. A notable drawback is its lower efficiency in removing fine dust particles (< 5μm).

Preparation
1. Ensure all connection components are securely fastened for optimal performance.
2. Inspect the tightness of joints among the dust collector, flue, ash hopper, discharging device, and ash conveying system. Address any ash or gas leakage issues promptly to maintain efficiency.
3. Shut the baffle valve, activate the fan, and initiate operations gradually, ensuring no abnormalities arise.

Technical requirements
1. Vigilantly monitor the condition of wear-prone areas, such as the inner wall of the outer cylinder, to prevent deterioration.
2. Be mindful of temperature fluctuations in dusty gas and humidity level changes to prevent adhesion, blockage, and corrosion of dust.
3. Keep an eye on the pressure differential and exhaust smoke quality. Wear and corrosion may lead to perforations, compromising dust removal efficiency and altering exhaust smoke color and pressure differences.
4. Ensure airtightness across all sections of the cyclone dust collector. Regularly check changes in gas flow and dust collection concentration to maintain optimal performance.
