Explore the multifaceted capabilities of our PPC Air Bag Pulse Bag Dust Collector, offered in four robust series with an astounding 33 distinct specifications. With an expansive filtration area ranging from 93m² to a staggering 4361m² and an air processing volume spectrum stretching from 69003/h to 314000m³/h, this powerhouse is impeccably designed for a variety of industries, including building materials, cement, metallurgy, machinery, chemicals, and refractories. Specifically engineered for cement plants, it elevates dust collection efficiency for processes such as crushing, drying, coal grinding, powder selection, packaging, top storage, and clinker cooling. Moreover, it is expertly adaptable for coal dust collection when equipped with essential fire and explosion protection measures. Even in environments with exceptionally high dust concentrations, such as those found in coal mill systems with an O-Sepa classifier, the PPC Dust Collector excels, managing dust concentrations reaching up to 1000g/m³ or more. Crafted for endurance, it remains operational in frigid regions when fitted with thermal insulation.
Structural Features:
Our air box pulse dust collector is brilliantly segmented into configurations housing 32, 64, 96, and 128 bags per room, meeting a variety of demands. Spanning 33 unique designs, each series can be precisely customized according to the room count, as showcased in our comprehensive selection diagram. The entire construction is composed of the following meticulously engineered components:
(1) Housing part: This section includes the clean room (or gas purification box), filter room, chamber partitions, access doors, and shell structure. The clean room is furnished with a poppet valve and flower plate for efficient cleaning. The filter room encompasses a filter and its supportive skeleton.
(2) Ash hopper and ash discharge mechanism: Masterfully designed for versatility, our system boasts ash hoppers paired with screw conveyors, air conveying chutes, and rigid impeller unloaders (ash unloading valves) tailored to various series and dust concentrations.
(3) In and out of the air box body: Thoughtfully positioned, the inlet and outlet air ducts are either aligned in a single row on one side or double-rowed at the housing's center. The compact 32 series connects the air inlet and outlet pipes directly to the ash hopper and clean room.
(4) Pulse cleaning device: This sophisticated system comprises high-performance pulse valves, air bags, poppet valves, and solenoid valves, ensuring efficient cleaning cycles.
(5) Compressed air line and decompression device: Equipped with an oil-water separator, oil mister, and additional components, this system ensures smooth, uninterrupted operation at all times.
(6) Pillars and vertical cage ladders and railings: Designed for safety and longevity, these components provide robust support and reliable access throughout the system.
