Unveil the remarkable versatility of our PPC Air Bag Pulse Bag Dust Collector, offered in four robust series with an impressive 33 distinct specifications. Boasting a filtration area range from 93m² to a staggering 4361m² and capable of processing air volumes from 69003/h to an astounding 314000m³/h, this powerhouse is tailored for industries including building materials, cement, metallurgy, machinery, chemicals, and refractories. Perfectly designed for cement plants, it ensures optimal dust collection for processes such as crushing, drying, coal grinding, powder selection, packaging, top storage, and clinker cooling. Additionally, it is engineered for coal dust collection, complete with essential fire and explosion protection features. Even in environments with extreme dust concentrations, such as coal mill systems equipped with an O-Sepa classifier, the PPC Dust Collector excels, handling dust concentrations up to 1000g/m³ or more. Built to withstand the harshest conditions, it remains resilient in cold climates when equipped with thermal insulation.
Structural Features:
Our air box pulse dust collector is masterfully divided into configurations of 32, 64, 96, and 128 bags per room, catering to a wide array of needs. Comprising 33 distinct designs, each series offers customization based on room count, as detailed in our comprehensive selection diagram. This meticulously crafted structure includes the following components:
(1) Housing part: Encompasses the clean room (or gas purification box), filter room, chamber partitions, access doors, and shell structure. The clean room features a poppet valve and flower plate, enabling effective cleaning. The filter room comprises a filter and its supporting skeleton.
(2) Ash hopper and ash discharge mechanism: Designed for adaptability, our system includes ash hoppers paired with screw conveyors, air conveying chutes, and rigid impeller unloaders (ash unloading valves), customized to various series and dust concentrations.
(3) In and out of the air box body: Strategically positioned, the inlet and outlet air ducts are either single-row aligned on one side or double-row centrally located within the housing. The 32 series, compact in design, directly connects the air inlet and outlet pipes to the ash hopper and clean room.
(4) Pulse cleaning device: Features high-performance pulse valves, air bags, poppet valves, and solenoid valves, ensuring highly efficient cleaning cycles.
(5) Compressed air line and decompression device: Equipped with an oil-water separator, oil mister, and more, this system ensures smooth, continuous operation without interruptions.
(6) Pillars and vertical cage ladders and railings: Constructed with safety and durability in mind, these components provide robust support and easy access throughout the system.
