This versatile dust collector series comprises four distinct categories encompassing 33 meticulous specifications, with filtration areas spanning from 93m² to an impressive 4361m². Capable of managing air volumes ranging between 6900 m³/h and 314000 m³/h, it finds extensive application across an array of industries such as building materials, cement, metallurgy, machinery, chemicals, and refractories. Specifically engineered for cement plant operations, it adeptly handles dust from crushing, drying, coal grinding, powder selection, packaging, storage, and clinker cooling processes. Additionally, it is highly effective for coal dust collection, provided it is equipped with supplementary fire and explosion protection adaptations, and structural modifications are applied as necessary. The system is equally proficient in handling extremely high dust concentrations, up to 1000g/m³ or beyond, such as those encountered in coal mill systems with O-Sepa classifiers. It also boasts adaptability for cold regions in northern China when outfitted with thermal insulation.
Structural Features:
The air box pulse dust collector is meticulously divided into configurations of 32, 64, 96, and 128 bags per room, tailored to accommodate varying bag quantities. Each configuration further diversifies into a range of 33 specifications, organized based on room numbers. An in-depth selection diagram provides structural insights, composed of the following integral components:
(1) Housing part: Encompasses the clean room (or gas purification box), filter room, chamber partitions, access door, and the shell structure. The clean room is equipped with a poppet valve and flower plate, complemented by a short pipe for efficient cleaning. The filter room houses the filter alongside its skeletal framework.
(2) Ash hopper and ash discharge mechanism: Strategically designed with ash hoppers, and tailored to different series and dust concentration levels, featuring screw conveyors, air conveying chutes, and rigid impeller unloaders for optimal ash discharge.
(3) In and out of the air box body: Incorporates inlet and outlet air ducts and a central partition. Single-row configurations align on one housing side, while double-row setups occupy the central area. The 32 series feature a compact design without a box, connecting the air inlet and outlet pipes directly to the ash hopper and clean room.
(4) Pulse cleaning device: Comprising a pulse valve, air bag, poppet valve, and solenoid valve for efficient pulse cleaning operations.
(5) Compressed air line and decompression device, oil-water separator, oil mister, and related components ensure streamlined operations.
(6) Pillars and vertical cage ladders accompanied by protective railings for structural support and safety.
