Spanning four series and 33 specifications, the PPC Air Bag Pulse Bag Dust Collector offers a filtration area ranging from 93m² to 4361m², accommodating air volumes from 6900 m³/h to 314000 m³/h. Its versatile application spans various industries, including building materials, cement, metallurgy, machinery, chemicals, and refractories. Especially vital for cement plants, it excels in dust collection for processes such as crushing, drying, coal grinding, powder selection, packaging, and clinker cooling. When handling coal dust, additional fire and explosion protection measures are recommended, and structural adjustments may be required. Moreover, it adeptly manages high-concentration dust scenarios, like coal mill systems using O-Sepa classifiers, with gas dust concentrations reaching or surpassing 1000 g/m³ (standard). Cyclone dust collectors, with added thermal insulation, make it suitable for cold northern China regions.
Structural Features:
This air box pulse dust collector comes in configurations of 32, 64, 96, and 128 bags per room, varying according to bag numbers. Across its 33 specifications, each series is meticulously detailed in the accompanying selection diagram, comprised of the following integral components:
(1) Housing part: Encompassing the clean room (or gas purification box), filter room, chamber partitions, access doors, and shell structure. Inside, the cleaning room features a poppet valve and a flower plate with a short pipe for blowing. The filter room contains the filter itself and its skeleton.
(2) Ash hopper and ash discharge mechanism: Each series is equipped with tailored ash hoppers, screw conveyors, air conveying chutes, and rigid impeller unloaders (ash unloading valves), corresponding to the varying imported dust concentrations.
(3) In and out of the air box body: This includes inlet and outlet air ducts and a middle partition. Single-row configurations are on one side of the housing, while double-row structures are centrally located. The smaller 32 series omits a box, with air inlet and outlet pipes connecting directly to the ash hopper and clean room.
(4) Pulse cleaning device: Comprising a pulse valve, air bag, poppet valve, and solenoid valve, this system ensures efficient cleaning.
(5) Compressed air line and decompression device, complete with an oil-water separator and an oil mister.
(6) Pillars and vertical cage ladders, along with railings, provide structural support and safety.
