This versatile dust collector comes in four series with 33 distinct specifications, offering filtration areas ranging from 93m² to 4361m² and processing air volumes between 69,003 m³/h and 314,000 m³/h. It's a perfect fit for industries such as building materials, cement, metallurgy, machinery, chemicals, and refractories. Particularly in cement plants, it serves the dust collection needs of processes like crushing, drying, coal grinding, and more. With added fire and explosion protection, it's also suitable for high-concentration dust environments like coal mills with O-Sepa classifiers. This collector, capable of managing gas dust concentrations as high as 1000g/m³ or above, performs well even in the cold regions of northern China with thermal insulation.
Structural Features:
The air box pulse dust collector is ingeniously designed with options of 32, 64, 96, and 128 bags per room. Each series includes a variety of specifications based on the number of rooms, totaling 33 types. The detailed selection diagram illustrates its comprehensive components, which include:
(1) Housing part: This section encompasses the clean room, filter room, chamber partitions, access door, and shell structure. It features a poppet valve, flower plate, and short pipe in the clean room, while the filter room houses the filter and its supporting skeleton.
(2) Ash hopper and ash discharge mechanism: Equipped with ash hoppers and varying configurations like screw conveyors, air conveying chutes, and rigid impeller unloaders, tailored according to series and dust concentration.
(3) In and out of the air box body: Comprising inlet and outlet air ducts alongside the middle partition. Single-row designs are placed on one side, whereas double-row configurations are central. The 32 series design is compact without a box, with connected inlet and outlet pipes leading to the ash hopper and clean room.
(4) Pulse cleaning device: This includes the pulse valve, air bag, poppet valve, and its solenoid valve, ensuring efficient and thorough cleaning.
(5) Compressed air line and decompression device, oil-water separator, oil mister, and more ensure optimal operation.
(6) Pillars and vertical cage ladders and railings provide necessary structural support and safety.
