This collector series is available in four distinct series, featuring 33 different specifications. The filtration area ranges from 93m² to an impressive 4,361m², and it can handle air volumes from 69,000 to 314,000 m³/h. Its versatile application spans across industries like building materials, cement, metallurgy, machinery, chemical processing, and refractories. Tailored for cement plant operations, it effectively supports dust collection systems for various stages such as crushing, drying, coal grinding, powder selection, packaging, top storage, and clinker cooling. Additionally, it accommodates coal dust collection with necessary fire and explosion safeguards, adapting its structure to handle exceptionally high dust concentrations, like those found in coal mill systems employing the O-Sepa classifier, where dust levels reach 1000g/m³ or more. With added thermal insulation, it also proves effective in the chilly regions of northern China.
Structural Features:
The air box pulse dust collector comes in configurations of 32, 64, 96, and 128 bags per room, offering diverse options according to specific needs. Across the series, there are 33 distinct specifications, meticulously detailed in the accompanying selection diagram. The intricate structure includes:
(1) Housing part: Encompassing the clean room (or gas purification box), filter room, chamber partitions, access door, and shell structure. The clean room is outfitted with a poppet valve and flower plate, alongside a short pipe for blowing. Meanwhile, the filter room houses the filter and its supporting skeleton, ensuring superior functionality.
(2) Ash hopper and ash discharge mechanism: Featuring ash hoppers and, depending on the series and dust concentration, equipped with screw conveyors, air conveying chutes, and rigid impeller unloaders for efficient ash management.
(3) In and out of the air box body: Incorporating inlet and outlet air ducts with a middle partition. The innovative design includes single-row structures on one housing side and double-row in the middle, with 32 series being compact without a box, connecting the air pipes seamlessly to the ash hopper and clean room.
(4) Pulse cleaning device: Comprising pulse valve, air bag, poppet valve, and its solenoid valve, ensuring optimal pulse cleaning performance.
(5) Compressed air line and decompression device, oil-water separator, oil mister, and more, delivering smooth operational flow.
(6) Pillars and vertical cage ladders and railings, adding structural integrity and ease of maintenance.
