Discover four dynamic series offering 33 versatile specifications, with filtration areas spanning from 93m² to 4361m² and capable of processing air volumes ranging from 6900m³/h to 314000m³/h. This collector is a versatile powerhouse, perfectly suited for industries such as building materials, cement, metallurgy, machinery, and chemicals. It excels in cement plants' dust collection systems, efficiently handling tasks like crushing, drying, and coal grinding. Structural Features:
The Air Box Pulse Dust Collector is ingeniously categorized into 32, 64, 96, and 128 bag configurations, further divided into 33 distinct specifications. Dive into the intricacies of its design with our detailed selection diagram, which outlines its robust structure comprising:
(1) Housing part: This includes the clean room or gas purification box, filter room, chamber partitions, access door, and shell structure, all meticulously crafted. The clean room is equipped with a poppet valve, flower plate, and short pipe blow system, while the filter room houses the filter and its supporting structure.
(2) Ash hopper and ash discharge mechanism: Engineered for efficiency, the ash hoppers accommodate varying imported dust concentrations, featuring components like screw conveyors, air conveying chutes, and rigid impeller unloaders (ash unloading valves) tailored to different series.
(3) In and out of the air box body: This component encompasses inlet and outlet air ducts with a central partition. It features single-row structures aligned on one side, with double-row configurations centrally positioned, and in smaller 32 series, the box is omitted, linking air pipes directly to the ash hopper and clean room.
(4) Pulse cleaning device: A high-performance ensemble featuring pulse valves, air bags, poppet valves, and their corresponding solenoid valves.
(5) Compressed air line and decompression device, complete with an oil-water separator and oil mister, ensuring optimal performance.
(6) Sturdy pillars, complemented by vertical cage ladders and railings for enhanced safety and accessibility.
