As the machine begins operation, the sludge is introduced into the filter cylinder, progressing seamlessly towards the sludge cake outlet, driven by the screw shaft's thrust. The innovative filter cylinder is meticulously constructed from fixed rings, moving rings, and an expertly designed shaft. The initial sections serve as the thickening zone, while the latter sections form the dewatering zone. Ingeniously, the space between the screw blades progressively narrows, increasing internal pressure. This pressure effectively extracts liquid from the sludge, which then escapes through the tiny gaps between the rings. The remaining dry solid is efficiently propelled to the sludge cake outlet, ensuring optimal separation.
