Operating under normal conditions, the cyclone dust collector generates a centrifugal force on particles that is a staggering 5 to 2500 times stronger than gravity. This results in an impressive dust removal efficiency surpassing that of traditional gravity settling chambers. On this foundational principle, a highly effective cyclone dust removal device with over 90% dust removal efficiency has been developed, setting a benchmark in mechanical dust collection technology. The cyclone dust collector excels in removing non-viscous, non-fibrous dust, specifically targeting particles above 5μm, while the parallel multi-tube variant achieves an 80-85% efficiency for particles as small as 3μm. Crafted from special metals or ceramics, it operates under extreme conditions of up to 1000ºC and pressures up to 500×105Pa.
