Product Description

The Cyclone Dust Collector is an ingeniously engineered device comprising an intake pipe, exhaust pipe, cylinder, cone, and ash bucket. Renowned for its straightforward design and construction simplicity, it offers remarkable ease in installation and maintenance. With low equipment investment and operational costs, this collector is a cost-effective solution widely adopted for separating solid and liquid particles from air streams, as well as extracting solids from liquids. Leveraging centrifugal forces that range from 5 to 2500 times gravitational forces, the Cyclone Dust Collector dramatically outperforms gravity settling chambers in efficiency, boasting dust removal rates exceeding 90%. As the pinnacle of mechanical dust collectors, it excels in removing non-viscous, non-fibrous dust, particularly particles over 5μm. For finer particles down to 3μm, the parallel multi-tube configuration achieves an impressive 80-85% efficiency. Crafted from special metal or ceramic materials resistant to high temperatures, abrasion, and corrosion, it operates under extreme conditions up to 1000ºC and pressures as high as 500×105Pa. While classified as a medium efficiency dust collector due to its 500-2000Pa pressure loss control range, it is optimally suited for high-temperature flue gas purification. It finds extensive applications in boiler flue gas dust removal, multi-stage dust removal, and pre-dust removal processes. However, it is important to note that its efficiency decreases with finer particulates (< 5μm).

Preparation
1. Ensure all connection points are securely fastened to guarantee optimal performance.
2. Inspect the dust collector and flue, connections between dust collector and ash hopper, ash hopper and ash discharge device, as well as the ash conveying device for tight seals. Vigilantly eliminate any instances of ash or gas leakage.
3. Securely close the baffle valve, then initiate the fan, monitoring for any anomalies before proceeding gradually.

Technical requirements
1. Regularly monitor wear-prone components, notably the inner wall of the outer cylinder, to preemptively address deterioration.
2. Maintain vigilance on changes in dusty gas temperature or humidity, which could lead to dust adhesion, blockage, or corrosion.
3. Observe variations in pressure difference and exhaust smoke. Wear and corrosion may perforate the dust collector, reducing efficiency, worsening smoke color, and altering pressure differentials.
4. Ensure airtight integrity of each component in the cyclone dust collector while monitoring changes in cyclone gas flow and dust collection concentration.
