Our state-of-the-art Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) system is expertly designed for the treatment of wastewater. It's perfect for tackling challenges with free-floating or emulsified oils, dissolved heavy metals, soaps, surfactants, and an array of other waste streams. Renowned for its energy efficiency, superior treatment performance, and ease of installation and maintenance, it stands as a leading choice among dissolved air flotation clarifiers in China.

Our sophisticated sewage treatment pump elevates wastewater into the DAF system, where it blends with microbubbles. This causes suspended solids to gracefully float to the surface, where they are efficiently skimmed by the skimmer to the outlet for disposal.

 

Meanwhile, heavier particles travel through the inclined plate settling zone, descending to the sediment device's bottom. They are then transported to the sludge tank via a dedicated pipeline for further processing, while the clarified purified water is elegantly discharged through the equipment's central tube.

 

Moreover, our innovative DAF unit incorporates parallel plate packing materials, such as lamellas, to significantly increase the separation surface area, thereby boosting the overall separation efficiency.
