Working principle
Dissolved Air Flotation is an advanced and efficient process utilized for the treatment of wastewater containing free-floating or emulsified oils, dissolved heavy metals, soaps, surfactants, and a variety of other waste streams. Renowned for its exceptionally low power consumption, outstanding treatment efficiency, and the simplicity of its installation and maintenance, this technology stands as one of the most sought-after dissolved air flotation clarifiers across China.

The wastewater treatment process initiates as the sewage treatment pump elevates the wastewater into the DAF system, where it combines with microbubbles within the container. This action causes suspended solids to ascend and float to the surface, where the skimmer efficiently scrapes them toward the outlet.

 

Simultaneously, heavier particles journey through the inclined plate settling zone, descending to the sediment device's base. These particles are then transferred to the sludge tank via the pipeline for further processing. Meanwhile, the clarified and purified water is gracefully discharged through the equipment's central tube.

 

Furthermore, our DAF unit designs incorporate advanced parallel plate packing material, such as lamellas, providing an expanded separation surface, thereby significantly enhancing the system's overall efficiency and performance.
