Dissolved Air Flotation is ingeniously crafted to purify wastewater containing free-floating or emulsified oil, dissolved heavy metals, soaps, surfactants, and a myriad of other waste streams. This advanced system boasts lower power consumption, exceptional treatment efficiency, and straightforward installation and maintenance. A sophisticated sewage treatment pump elevates the wastewater into the DAF, where it seamlessly blends with micro bubbles, causing suspended solids to effortlessly rise to the water surface. These are then elegantly scraped by a skimmer to the outlet.

 

Heavy particles navigate through the inclined plate settling zone, settling into the sediment device's bottom. They're discharged to the sludge tank via pipeline, ready for subsequent processing. The purified water is then released through the equipment's center tube.

 

Our DAF unit design further incorporates parallel plate packing materials (e.g., lamellas) to significantly increase the separation surface, enhancing overall efficiency and performance.
