Dissolved Air Flotation technology is expertly designed to treat wastewater containing free-floating or emulsified oil, dissolved heavy metals, soaps, surfactants, and various other waste streams. Renowned for its minimal power consumption, exceptional treatment efficiency, and straightforward installation and maintenance, it stands as one of the most esteemed dissolved air flotation clarifiers in China.

The efficient sewage treatment pump elevates wastewater into the DAF, where it seamlessly mixes with microbubbles. This innovative process allows suspended solids to gracefully float to the water surface, from which they are expertly skimmed to the outlet.

 

Heavier particles are guided through the inclined plate settling zone, settling elegantly to the bottom, subsequently discharged to the sludge tank via pipeline for further processing. The system then releases the clarified, purified water seamlessly through the equipment's center tube.

 

Moreover, our DAF unit design incorporates advanced parallel plate packing material (such as lamellas) to maximize separation surface area, significantly enhancing performance.
