Working Principle
In the intricate world of sewage treatment, pollutants can be classified primarily into soluble organic matter and insoluble substances (SS). These soluble substances, under specific conditions, can metamorphose into insoluble particles. A sophisticated method to achieve this transformation involves the strategic addition of coagulants and flocculants, effectively transferring a majority of soluble organic content into an insoluble state. By employing the advanced technique of air flotation, these insoluble particles are extracted, purifying the sewage and ensuring a clean, safe effluent.
Once the dosing reaction completes, the effluent is directed into the mixing zone of our state-of-the-art air flotation system, where it seamlessly integrates with released dissolved air water. This process liberates air from the water, generating minuscule bubbles between 20-40um. These bubbles adeptly adhere to flocculants, guiding them into the air float zone. Here, buoyancy powerfully lifts the flocs to the surface, forming an easy-to-remove scum layer. The pristine water then flows into the clear pool, with some recycled for gas dissolution, while the rest is elegantly discharged. When scum accumulates to a desired thickness, it is effortlessly scraped into the sludge tank for disposal.
