Working Principle
In the realm of sewage treatment, pollutants are split into soluble organic matter and insoluble substances (SS). Under specific conditions, soluble organic contaminants can morph into non-soluble forms. A prime technique for purification is the incorporation of coagulants and flocculants, which transform soluble organics into insoluble substances. This enables the effective removal of nearly all non-soluble substances via air flotation, a premier method for cleansing and purifying sewage.
Following the chemical dosing reaction, the effluent is channeled into the air float's mixing zone, where it merges with released dissolved air water. The dissolved air is liberated, crafting 20-40um minuscule bubbles that cling to the flocculant, which then travels into the air float area. Here, buoyancy propels the flocs to the surface, forming scum. Clean water, now devoid of impurities, flows into the clear pool and is partially recycled as dissolved gas, with the remainder exiting through the overflow. Once the scum layer thickens on the air float tank's surface, it is methodically scraped into a dedicated sludge tank and expelled.

Harnessing the power of a sophisticated gas dissolution and release system, this technology generates an abundance of fine bubbles that bind with solid or liquid particles in wastewater, making them lighter than water. This buoyancy effect causes them to rise, achieving efficient solid-liquid or liquid-liquid separation..
