This powerful device excises solid and liquid particles from air or liquid streams with remarkable efficiency, so much so that the centrifugal force applied to particles ranges from 5 to an astounding 2500 times that of gravity. This results in dust removal efficiency that surpasses that of traditional gravity settling chambers. Harnessing this principle, we've innovated cyclone dust removal systems that boast a dust removal efficiency exceeding 90%. Within the realm of mechanical dust collectors, this cyclone stands unrivaled in efficiency, adeptly eradicating non-sticky and non-fibrous dust particles, particularly those larger than 5μm. When configured as a multi-tube cyclone, it maintains an impressive 80-85% efficiency for particles as small as 3μm. Designed with materials that resist extreme temperatures, abrasion, and corrosion, our cyclones operate seamlessly up to 1000ºC and withstand pressures up to 500×105Pa. Ideal for medium-efficiency dust collection, these systems are perfect for high-temperature flue gas purification, boiler flue gas dust removal, multi-stage, and pre-dust removal applications. Their sole limitation lies in the reduced efficiency for particles smaller than 5μm.
