Unleash the full potential of our PPC Air Bag Pulse Bag Dust Collector, available in four powerful series with an impressive 33 distinct specifications. With a filtration range from 93m² to an astonishing 4361m² and a processing air volume capacity between 69003/h to a remarkable 314000m³/h, this exceptional system is expertly designed for industries including building materials, cement, metallurgy, machinery, chemicals, and refractories. Perfectly engineered for cement plants, it enhances dust collection processes such as crushing, drying, coal grinding, powder selection, packaging, top storage, and clinker cooling. It is also adept at collecting coal dust with necessary fire and explosion prevention measures. Even in environments with extremely high dust concentrations, such as coal mill systems featuring an O-Sepa classifier, the PPC Dust Collector performs exceptionally well with dust concentrations soaring up to 1000g/m³ or more. Built for durability, it can endure cold climates when fitted with thermal insulation.
Structural Features:
Our innovatively crafted air box pulse dust collector is available with configurations of 32, 64, 96, and 128 bags per room, tailored to diverse operational needs. Showcasing 33 distinctive designs, each series is customizable based on room count, as detailed in our extensive selection diagram. The comprehensive structure incorporates the following expertly designed components:
(1) Housing part: This consists of the pristine clean room (or gas purification box), filter room, chamber partitions, access doors, and the robust shell structure. The clean room is equipped with a poppet valve and flower plate for efficient cleaning. The filter room houses a filter along with its supportive skeleton.
(2) Ash hopper and ash discharge mechanism: Designed for versatility, our system includes ash hoppers paired with screw conveyors, air conveying chutes, and rigid impeller unloaders (ash unloading valves), customized for various series and dust concentrations.
(3) In and out of the air box body: With strategic design, the inlet and outlet air ducts can be arranged in a single-row on one side or a double-row at the center of the housing. The compact 32 series directly connects air inlet and outlet pipes to the ash hopper and clean room.
(4) Pulse cleaning device: This comprises top-tier pulse valves, air bags, poppet valves, and solenoid valves, ensuring optimal cleaning cycles.
(5) Compressed air line and decompression device: Equipped with an oil-water separator, oil mister, and more, this system ensures seamless, continuous operation.
(6) Pillars and vertical cage ladders and railings: Designed for safety and resilience, these components offer strong support and accessibility throughout the system.
