Unleash the potential of our versatile PPC Air Bag Pulse Bag Dust Collector, offered in four robust series featuring 33 distinct specifications. With a formidable filtration capacity ranging from 93m² to a staggering 4361m², and an extensive processing air volume of 69003/h to 314000m³/h, this powerhouse is perfectly engineered for industries including building materials, cement, metallurgy, machinery, chemicals, and refractories. Especially tailored for cement plants, it optimizes dust management for processes like crushing, drying, coal grinding, powder selection, packaging, top storage, and clinker cooling. Furthermore, it's seamlessly adaptable for coal dust collection, equipped with essential fire and explosion protection measures. Even amidst extremely high dust concentrations, such as those in coal mill systems with an O-Sepa classifier, the PPC Dust Collector excels with dust concentrations soaring up to 1000g/m³ or more. Crafted for resilience, it withstands cold climates when outfitted with thermal insulation.
Structural Features:
Our air box pulse dust collector is an engineering marvel, intricately configured into arrangements of 32, 64, 96, and 128 bags per room, addressing a wide array of requirements. Featuring 33 unique designs, each series is customizable based on the room count, as depicted in our detailed selection diagram. This comprehensive structure is comprised of the following expertly crafted components:
(1) Housing Part: This encompasses the clean room (or gas purification box), filter room, chamber partitions, access doors, and shell structure. Each clean room is equipped with a poppet valve and flower plate, facilitating superior cleaning. The filter room houses a filter and its supporting skeleton.
(2) Ash Hopper and Ash Discharge Mechanism: Designed for ultimate flexibility, our system features ash hoppers complemented by efficient screw conveyors, air conveying chutes, and robust impeller unloaders (ash unloading valves) tailored for various series and dust concentrations.
(3) In and Out of the Air Box Body: With strategic placement at its core, the inlet and outlet air ducts may be aligned single-row on one side or double-row in the housing's center. The compact 32 series integrates the air inlet and outlet pipes directly with the ash hopper and clean room.
(4) Pulse Cleaning Device: This high-performance system includes pulse valves, air bags, poppet valves, and solenoid valves, ensuring efficient and effective cleaning cycles.
(5) Compressed Air Line and Decompression Device: This intricate system, complete with an oil-water separator, oil mister, and more, ensures smooth, uninterrupted operation.
(6) Pillars and Vertical Cage Ladders and Railings: Crafted for both safety and durability, these components offer robust support and secure access throughout the system.
