Working Principle
In the realm of wastewater purification, pollutants are primarily categorized into soluble organic matter and insoluble substances (SS). Under specific conditions, soluble organic matter can metamorphose into insoluble entities. By introducing coagulants and flocculants, a significant portion of these soluble substances transition into non-soluble forms. This transformation facilitates the removal of insoluble substances (SS) through advanced air flotation techniques, achieving a pristine state of sewage purification.
Following the dosing reaction, sewage transitions into the air float mixing zone, where it integrates with released dissolved air water. Tiny bubbles, ranging from 20-40μm, emerge as air departs from the water. These bubbles cling to flocculants, elevating them into the air float zone. The buoyant action of air causes flocs to ascend, culminating in a layer of scum atop the water surface. As lower-level purified water advances to the clear pool via the water collector, some water recirculates for gas dissolution, while the remainder exits through the overflow. Accumulated scum reaches certain thickness before being scraped into the air float sludge tank for discharge.

 

The GSRF series dissolved air float machine excels in the separation of solids from liquids or between two liquid phases. A sophisticated gas dissolution and release system generates numerous fine bubbles in the water, adhering to solid or liquid particles with densities akin to water. This process reduces overall density, allowing particles to gracefully rise to the surface, resulting in effective solid-liquid or liquid-liquid separation through buoyancy..
