Working Principle
The Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) system is ingeniously designed to handle wastewater containing free-floating or emulsified oils, dissolved heavy metals, and various contaminants including soaps and surfactants. Renowned for its low power consumption and exceptional treatment efficiency, this DAF system is a leader among flotation clarifiers in China. Its straightforward installation and maintenance make it a top choice for effective wastewater treatment.

Our sewage treatment system effectively lifts the wastewater into the DAF unit, where it is ingeniously mixed with microbubbles. This process causes suspended solids to float to the surface, ready to be efficiently skimmed off and directed to the outlet.

 

Heavier particles seamlessly flow through an inclined plate settling zone, settling at the base of the sediment device. These are then expertly discharged into the sludge tank via a pipeline for subsequent processing. Meanwhile, the clarified water is elegantly discharged through the equipment's central tube.

 

Additionally, our DAF unit is equipped with advanced parallel plate packing materials (such as lamellas) to significantly enhance separation efficiency by providing an increased surface area for optimal contaminant removal.
