Working principle
The Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) system is ingeniously engineered to purify wastewater that harbors free-floating or emulsified oils, dissolved heavy metals, soaps, surfactants, and a diverse array of other waste streams. Showcasing a synergy of lower power consumption, unparalleled treatment efficiency, and ease of installation and maintenance, it stands as one of the most acclaimed dissolved air flotation clarifiers in China.

The innovative sewage treatment pump elevates the wastewater into the DAF unit, where it seamlessly mixes with micro bubbles within the container. This process causes suspended solids to gracefully ascend to the water surface, where they are skilfully skimmed by the skimmer and directed towards the outlet.

Heavier particles navigate through the inclined plate settling zone, descending to the base of the sediment device. From there, they are efficiently conveyed to the sludge tank via pipelines, ready for subsequent processing. Meanwhile, the clarified and purified water is elegantly discharged through the equipment's central tube.

Furthermore, our cutting-edge DAF unit designs incorporate parallel plate packing materials, such as lamellas, to multiply separation surfaces and consequently enhance the efficiency of the system.
