Working Principle
In the realm of wastewater management, pollutants are broadly classified into soluble organic matter and insoluble substances (SS). With the right conditions, soluble organic matter can transform into insoluble substances. A highly effective method of sewage treatment involves the strategic addition of coagulants and flocculants, facilitating the conversion of soluble matter into insoluble form. This process enables the removal of SS through air flotation, effectively purifying the sewage.
Following the dosing reaction, the wastewater is guided into the mixing zone of the sophisticated air float system. Here, it mingles with water saturated with dissolved air. As the air liberates from the water, it creates an array of 20-40um micro-bubbles that adhere to the flocculants, escorting them into the air float zone. Propelled by the buoyant force, flocs rise to the surface, forming scum. The lower layer of purified water is drawn to a clear pool, with some recirculated as dissolved gas while the rest exits via the overflow port. Scum, once accumulated to a specific thickness, is expertly scraped into the sludge tank for disposal.

 

The GSRF series dissolved air float machine is expertly engineered for the efficient separation of solid-liquid or liquid-liquid mixtures. Harnessing an advanced gas dissolution and release system, this technology generates a multitude of fine bubbles in water. These bubbles bind to particles in wastewater, altering their overall density to be less than water, thus enabling them to rise buoyantly to the surface. This innovative approach ensures effective solid-liquid or liquid-liquid separation..
