Offering an impressive selection with four series and 33 specifications, our dust collectors cover filtration areas from 93m² to a substantial 4361m², and handle air volumes from 69,000 to 314,000m³/h. Ideal for industries like building materials, cement, metallurgy, machinery, chemical, and refractories, it excels in cement plants managing dust from processes such as crushing, drying, coal grinding, powder selection, packaging, top storage, and clinker cooling. It's also suitable for high concentration coal dust collection systems and adaptable for Northern China's cold regions with added thermal insulation. Additional fire and explosion protections are integrated for safe coal dust applications.
Structural Features:
Our expertly engineered air box pulse dust collector is available in configurations of 32, 64, 96, and 128 bags per room, with variations to suit any need, totaling 33 unique designs. The meticulously crafted structure is detailed in our selection diagram and comprises the following essential components:
(1) Housing part: Featuring a clean room (or gas purification box), filter room, chamber partitions, access door, and shell structure. Equipped with poppet valves, flower plates, and blow pipes, the filter room includes a robust filter and supportive skeleton.
(2) Ash hopper and ash discharge mechanism: Depending on the series and dust concentration, this section integrates ash hoppers, screw conveyors, air conveying chutes, and rigid impeller unloaders (ash unloading valves) for efficient ash management.
(3) In and out of the air box body: Includes strategically placed inlet and outlet air ducts with single or double-row structures. In the 32 series, air pipes connect directly to the ash hopper and clean room, optimizing flow.
(4) Pulse cleaning device: Includes high-performance pulse valves, air bags, poppet valves, and solenoid valves for superior dust removal.
(5) Compressed air line and decompression components: This includes oil-water separators and oil misters, ensuring smooth operation.
(6) Structural support: Features sturdy pillars with vertical cage ladders and railings, ensuring stability and safety.
