This extraordinary device boasts four series and 33 specifications, featuring filtration areas from 93m² to an impressive 4361m². It handles processing air volumes ranging from 6900 m³/h to a remarkable 314,000 m³/h. Widely embraced across industries such as building materials, cement, metallurgy, machinery, chemicals, and refractories, it is particularly ideal for cement plant dust collection systems. Whether it's crushing, drying, coal grinding, or packaging, this dust collector excels. Designed to accommodate high dust concentrations, it's perfect for systems with gas dust concentrations up to 1000 g/m³. With additional fire and explosion protection, it adapts seamlessly to even the most demanding environments, including cold northern regions when equipped with thermal insulation.
Structural Features:
The Air Box Pulse Dust Collector is meticulously designed, offering configurations with 32, 64, 96, and 128 bags per room. Each series is further divided into various specifications based on room count, culminating in a total of 33 distinct models. Explore its detailed structure in the accompanying selection diagram, highlighting its key components:
(1) Housing part: Encompasses the clean room (or gas purification box), filter room, chamber partitions, access door, and shell structure. The cleaning room is equipped with a poppet valve and a flower plate, complemented by a short pipe blowing mechanism. The filter room houses the filter and its supporting skeleton.
(2) Ash hopper and ash discharge mechanism: Featuring ash hoppers tailored to different series and imported dust concentrations, with screw conveyors, air conveying chutes, and robust impeller unloaders (ash unloading valves) ensuring efficient ash removal.
(3) In and out of the air box body: Comprising inlet and outlet air ducts with a central partition. Single-row structures are positioned on one side of the housing, while double-row configurations are centrally located. In the compact 32 series, the air inlet and outlet pipes are seamlessly connected to the ash hopper and clean room.
(4) Pulse cleaning device: Incorporates a pulse valve, air bag, poppet valve, and associated solenoid valve, ensuring optimal cleaning efficiency.
(5) Compressed air line and decompression device, featuring an oil-water separator and oil mister for smooth operation.
(6) Pillars and vertical cage ladders with railings for secure access and maintenance.
