Renowned for its superb energy efficiency and ease of installation and maintenance, this system stands as a leading choice in China's dissolved air flotation clarifiers.

Our innovative DAF system employs a sewage treatment pump to elevate wastewater into the DAF unit, where it mingles with micro-bubbles within the container. This process causes suspended solids to rise to the surface, which are then efficiently skimmed by the skimmer and directed to the outlet.

 

Meanwhile, heavier particles are directed through the inclined plate settling zone, where they settle into the sediment device's bottom. These particles are then expertly channeled into the sludge tank via pipelines for subsequent processing, while the clarified and purified water is seamlessly discharged through the central tube of the equipment.

 

Moreover, our DAF unit is ingeniously designed with parallel plate packing material, such as lamellas, to provide an enhanced separation surface, thereby significantly boosting its efficiency and effectiveness.
