Working Principle
Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) is an advanced treatment process ideal for tackling wastewater containing free-floating or emulsified oil, dissolved heavy metals, soaps, surfactants, and various other waste streams. This system stands out with its exceptional features such as reduced power consumption, outstanding treatment efficiency, and easy installation and maintenance. It is recognized as one of the most sought-after dissolved air flotation clarifiers across China.

The sewage treatment pump elevates the wastewater into the DAF, seamlessly amalgamating with microbubbles in the container. This process causes suspended solids to gracefully ascend to the water surface, where they are efficiently skimmed off and directed to the outlet.

 

Meanwhile, heavy particles journey through the inclined plate settling zone, descending to the bottom of the sediment device. They are then channeled to the sludge tank via the pipeline for subsequent processing, while the clarified, purified water is elegantly discharged through the equipment's center tube.

 

Moreover, our DAF unit design incorporates parallel plate packing materials, such as lamellas, to amplify the separation surface, significantly enhancing efficiency.
