The Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) system expertly addresses wastewater treatment needs for streams containing free-floating or emulsified oils, dissolved heavy metals, soaps, surfactants, and many other contaminants. Renowned for its low energy consumption and superior treatment efficiency, this system is a breeze to install and maintain, making it a top choice as a dissolved air flotation clarifier across China.

The sewage treatment pump efficiently elevates wastewater into the DAF, where it is expertly mixed with micro bubbles. This interaction causes suspended solids to gracefully ascend to the water's surface, where they are effortlessly skimmed to the outlet.

 

Heavier particles navigate through the inclined plate settling zone, settling at the base of the sediment device, from where they are conveyed to the sludge tank via a pipeline for further processing. The clarified, purified water then makes its way through the equipment's central discharge tube.
