Working principle
Pollutants in sewage can be categorized into soluble organic matter and insoluble substances (SS). Under specific conditions, the soluble organic matter transforms into non-soluble substances. To address wastewater treatment, adding coagulants and flocculants can effectively convert most soluble organic matter into insoluble forms. This transformation enables the removal of nearly all insoluble substances (SS), achieving sanitation and purification. The primary mechanism for SS removal is the innovative air flotation method.
Post dosing reaction, the wastewater seamlessly enters the air flotation mixing zone, where it meets dissolved air water. This interaction liberates air from water, producing tiny 20-40μm bubbles. These bubbles attach to flocculants and float into the air float zone, buoyed by air. Consequently, flocs ascend to the surface, forming scum. The underlying clean water flows into the clear pool via collectors, with some recirculated for dissolved gas. The remainder exits through an overflow port. Upon reaching optimal thickness, surface scum is efficiently removed via scraping, directed into the air float sludge tank for discharge.

 

The GSRF series dissolved air float machine excels in separating solids from liquids, as well as liquid-liquid separation. Through its sophisticated gas dissolution and release system, a multitude of tiny bubbles are generated, adhering to waste particles with densities akin to water. This process reduces overall density, enabling buoyancy to elevate particles, thus achieving effective solid-liquid or liquid-liquid separation..
