Dissolved Air Flotation is a cutting-edge solution for treating wastewater laden with free-floating or emulsified oils, dissolved heavy metals, soaps, surfactants, and various waste streams. Known for its remarkable efficiency, this system boasts reduced power consumption and is easy to install and maintain, marking it as one of China's most favored dissolved air flotation clarifiers.

The sewage treatment pump smoothly elevates wastewater into the DAF system, where it is thoroughly mixed with microbubbles. This innovative process causes suspended solids to gracefully float to the water's surface, where they are efficiently skimmed and directed to the outlet.

 

Heavy particles navigate through the inclined plate settling zone, gently settling to the bottom and then being directed via pipeline to the sludge tank for subsequent processing. The clarified and purified water is then elegantly discharged through the equipment's center tube.

 

Furthermore, our DAF unit design incorporates parallel plate packing material, such as lamellas, to significantly increase the separation surface, thereby enhancing overall efficiency.
