Working Principle
Pollutants in sewage are categorized into soluble organic matter and insoluble substances (SS). Under specific conditions, soluble organic matter can be transformed into non-soluble substances. One effective treatment method involves the addition of coagulants and flocculants. This process facilitates the conversion of soluble organic matter into insoluble forms, allowing for their removal. The primary method for eliminating these insoluble substances is air flotation, which purifies the sewage by effectively removing suspended solids.
Post dosing reaction, the sewage is directed into the air float's mixing zone, where it mingles with released dissolved air water. Tiny bubbles, 20-40um in size, emerge as the air dissolves out of the water. These bubbles attach to the flocculant, leading it into the air float zone. Here, buoyancy causes the flocs to rise, forming a surface scum layer. Meanwhile, clean water settles and flows to the clear pool via the collector; part is recycled for dissolved gas use, and the rest exits through the overflow. The accumulated scum on the air float tank's surface is gathered and discharged by a scraper.

The GSRF series dissolved air float machine is primarily utilized for solid-liquid or liquid-liquid separation processes. Through its advanced gas dissolution and release system, a multitude of fine bubbles are generated within the water. These bubbles adhere to particles in the wastewater, whose density is akin to that of water. By reducing the overall density, buoyancy facilitates the rise of these particles to the surface, achieving efficient solid-liquid or liquid-liquid separation..
