Dissolved Air Flotation is an exceptional technique employed to efficiently purify wastewater, which contains free-floating or emulsified oil, dissolved heavy metals, soaps, surfactants, and a multitude of other waste streams. Renowned for its low energy consumption, outstanding treatment efficiency, and easy installation and maintenance, this system stands as one of China's most favored dissolved air flotation clarifiers.

Our advanced sewage treatment pump efficiently lifts wastewater into the DAF unit, where it intermingles with micro-bubbles within the container. This process causes suspended solids to ascend to the water's surface, where they are meticulously collected by the skimmer and directed towards the outlet.

Meanwhile, heavy particles navigate through the inclined plate settling zone, descending to the bottom of the sedimentation device. This sediment is then conveyed to the sludge tank via the pipeline for further processing, with the clarified, purified water being discharged through the equipment's central tube.

Moreover, our DAF unit is ingeniously designed with parallel plate packing material (such as lamellas) to provide an extensive separation surface, thereby significantly enhancing the separation process.
