The efficient sewage treatment pump elevates the wastewater into the DAF system, where it blends seamlessly with microbubbles in the container. This interaction allows suspended solids to buoyantly rise to the water surface, ready to be expertly skimmed by the skimmer to the outlet, ensuring optimal waste separation and disposal.

 

Heavier particles navigate through the advanced inclined plate settling zone, naturally settling at the bottom of the sediment device. These are then methodically discharged to the sludge tank via pipeline for subsequent processing. The clarified, purified water is elegantly released through the equipment's central discharge tube.

 

Furthermore, our DAF unit design ingeniously employs parallel plate packing materials, such as lamellas, to significantly amplify the separation surface, thereby enhancing overall system efficiency and effectiveness.
