Explore a diverse range of four series with 33 different specifications, offering filtration areas from 93m² to 4361m². Capable of processing air volumes ranging from 6900 m³/h to 314,000 m³/h, our system is versatile across various industries including building materials, cement, metallurgy, machinery, chemicals, and refractories. Ideal for cement plant applications like crushing, drying, coal grinding, and more, it also adapts to high dust concentration scenarios in coal dust collection with added fire and explosion protection measures. Our dust collectors are engineered to excel even in harsh environments, such as the cold regions of northern China, when equipped with thermal insulation.
Structural Features:
Our air box pulse dust collector is methodically categorized into 32, 64, 96, and 128 bags/room configurations, each with unique specifications based on room number, amounting to 33 distinct species. Refer to the attached selection diagram for an in-depth structural breakdown, comprising the following components:
(1) Housing Part: Features clean rooms or gas purification boxes, filter rooms, chamber partitions, accessible doors, and a robust shell structure. The cleaning room includes a poppet valve, a flower plate, and a short pipe, while the filter room houses the filter and its framework.
(2) Ash Hopper and Discharge Mechanism: Equipped with ash hoppers, screw conveyors, air chutes, and rigid impeller unloaders, adaptable to varying series and imported dust concentrations.
(3) Air Box Body Inlet/Outlet: Comprising inlet/outlet air ducts and a central partition. Depending on the design, single or double-row configurations are strategically placed within the housing to maximize efficiency.
(4) Pulse Cleaning Device: Consists of a pulse valve, air bag, poppet valve, and its solenoid valve, ensuring thorough and consistent cleaning cycles.
(5) Compressed Air Line: Features a decompression device, oil-water separator, and oil mister for seamless operation.
(6) Structural Support: Includes pillars, vertical cage ladders, and railings, providing stability and secure access.
