Operating under standard conditions, the centrifugal forces on particles outstrip gravity by 5 to 2500 times, delivering efficiencies far surpassing those of gravity-settling chambers. Our advanced cyclone dust removal system boasts over 90% dust removal efficiency, making it the most effective in mechanical dust collection. It expertly removes non-viscous, non-fibrous dust particles above 5μm, while its parallel multi-tube design achieves 80-85% efficiency for 3μm particles. Constructed from high-temperature, abrasion, and corrosion-resistant metals or ceramics, it operates under extreme conditions of up to 1000ºC and 500×105Pa. Balancing technical prowess and economic feasibility, its pressure loss ranges from 500 to 2000Pa, categorizing it as a medium-efficiency dust collector. Ideal for purifying high-temperature flue gases, it's extensively employed in boiler dust removal, multi-stage dust elimination, and pre-dust removal processes.
