Working principle
Dissolved Air Flotation is expertly engineered to refine wastewater systems, adeptly managing streams containing free-floating or emulsified oil, dissolved heavy metals, soaps, surfactants, and diverse waste streams. Celebrated for its low power consumption, exceptional treatment efficiency, and straightforward installation and maintenance, it stands as one of the most preferred dissolved air flotation clarifiers across China.

The sewage treatment pump elevates wastewater into the DAF system, where it is infused with microbubbles. This process causes suspended solids to gracefully ascend to the water's surface, where they are efficiently skimmed by the skimmer to the designated outlet.

 

Heavier particles gracefully descend through the inclined plate settling zone, settling neatly at the bottom of the sediment device. These particles are then conveyed to the sludge tank via pipelines for subsequent processing. The resulting clarified, purified water is elegantly discharged through the central tube of the equipment.

 

Moreover, our DAF units are innovatively designed with parallel plate packing material, such as lamellas, to augment the separation surface, thereby significantly enhancing the efficiency of the process.
