Working Principle
Dissolved Air Flotation is a crucial method for treating wastewater that comprises free-floating or emulsified oil, dissolved heavy metals, soaps, surfactants, and a variety of other waste streams. Emphasizing its attributes of reduced energy usage and superior treatment efficacy, this system boasts straightforward installation and maintenance. It stands as one of China's most favored dissolved air flotation clarifiers, offering an environmentally conscious solution.

The sewage treatment pump elevates the wastewater into the Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) system, where it mixes with microbubbles inside the container. This process causes suspended solids to rise to the water's surface, where they are efficiently skimmed and directed to the outlet by the skimmer.

 

Heavier particles navigate through the inclined plate settling zone, settling at the bottom of the sediment device. These particles are then conveyed to the sludge tank via a pipeline for subsequent processing, while the clarified purified water is discharged through the equipment center tube, ready for reuse or safe release.

 

In addition, our DAF unit designs incorporate parallel plate packing material, such as lamellas, to offer enhanced separation surfaces. This innovation significantly boosts separation efficiency, underscoring our commitment to delivering optimal performance.
