The sewage treatment process begins as the pump elevates the wastewater into the DAF. Here, it intricately mixes with microbubbles within the container, causing suspended solids to elegantly ascend to the water surface, where they are efficiently scraped by the skimmer towards the designated outlet.

Simultaneously, heavier particles gracefully navigate through the inclined plate settling zone, settling at the bottom of the sediment device. These particles are efficiently discharged to the sludge tank via a pipeline for subsequent processing, while the clarified and purified water is seamlessly discharged through the equipment's central tube.

Moreover, our DAF unit is ingeniously designed to incorporate parallel plate packing materials, such as lamellas, to dramatically increase the separation surface area, thereby significantly enhancing the separation process.
