Our state-of-the-art Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) technology is engineered to efficiently treat wastewater infused with free-floating or emulsified oil, dissolved heavy metals, soaps, surfactants, and a myriad of other waste streams. The sewage treatment system elegantly lifts wastewater into the DAF unit, where it seamlessly integrates with microbubbles. This interaction causes suspended solids to ascend to the water's surface, subsequently being efficiently skimmed off to the outlet.

 

Heavier particles journey through the inclined plate settling zone, naturally settling at the bottom of the sediment device. These particles are then expertly directed to the sludge tank via a pipeline for further processing. Meanwhile, clarified, purified water is gracefully discharged through the equipment's center tube.

 

Moreover, our DAF units are ingeniously designed with parallel plate packing materials, such as lamellas, to significantly enhance the separation surface area and optimize the overall separation process.
