The sewage treatment pump efficiently lifts wastewater into the DAF, where it is intricately mixed with micro bubbles within the container. This process causes suspended solids to gracefully ascend to the water surface, where they are meticulously skimmed by the skimmer to the outlet.

 

Heavy particles seamlessly navigate through the inclined plate settling zone, descending to the sediment device's bottom. From there, they are expertly discharged to the sludge tank via pipelines for subsequent processing. Meanwhile, the clarified, purified water is effortlessly discharged through the equipment's central tube.

 

Moreover, our DAF unit is ingeniously designed to incorporate parallel plate packing materials, such as lamellas, which significantly enhance the separation surface, thereby augmenting the overall separation efficiency.
