Unleash the full potential of our versatile PPC Air Bag Pulse Bag Dust Collector, available in four robust series with an impressive array of 33 distinct specifications! With an extensive filtration area ranging from 93m² to a staggering 4361m² and processing air volumes spanning 69003/h to a colossal 314000m³/h, this powerhouse is tailor-made for industries including building materials, cement, metallurgy, machinery, chemicals, and refractories. Perfectly optimized for cement plants, it enhances dust collection for critical processes such as crushing, drying, coal grinding, powder selection, packaging, top storage, and clinker cooling. Plus, it's expertly engineered for coal dust collection, equipped with essential fire and explosion protection measures. Even in high dust concentration environments like coal mill systems with an O-Sepa classifier, the PPC Dust Collector excels with dust concentrations soaring up to 1000g/m³ or more. Built to endure, it's ready to withstand the elements, including cold regions when fitted with thermal insulation.
Structural Features:
Our air box pulse dust collector is a masterpiece of engineering, available in configurations of 32, 64, 96, and 128 bags per room, catering to a wide spectrum of needs. With 33 unique designs, each series can be customized based on room count, as detailed in our extensive selection diagram. The entire structure comprises the following meticulously engineered components:
(1) Housing Part: Encompassing the clean room (or gas purification box), filter room, chamber partitions, access doors, and shell structure, the clean room is equipped with a poppet valve and flower plate for superior cleaning. The filter room includes a filter and its supporting skeleton.
(2) Ash Hopper and Ash Discharge Mechanism: Designed for adaptability, our system includes ash hoppers with screw conveyors, air conveying chutes, and rigid impeller unloaders (ash unloading valves) tailored to various series and dust concentrations.
(3) In and Out of the Air Box Body: Featuring strategic inlet and outlet air ducts, these are either aligned single-row on one side or double-row in the housing's center. The 32 series, compact in design, connects the air inlet and outlet pipes directly to the ash hopper and clean room.
(4) Pulse Cleaning Device: Comprising high-performance pulse valves, air bags, poppet valves, and solenoid valves, this ensures highly efficient cleaning cycles.
(5) Compressed Air Line and Decompression Device: Complete with an oil-water separator, oil mister, and more, this system ensures smooth and uninterrupted operation.
(6) Pillars and Vertical Cage Ladders and Railings: Constructed for ultimate safety and durability, these components provide robust support and access throughout the system.
